On March 31st. and April 1st. 1945, flying their distinctive
red-tailed Mustangs, the Tuskegee airmen roamed the skies over
southern Germany, shooting down twenty five enemy aircraft for
only one loss to themselves, a remarkable feat for which they
are justifiably proud.
Shown are the P-51s “Duchess Arlene”, “Creamer’s
Dream” and “Little Freddie”.
Each print is signed by thirteen of the legendary Tuskegee Airmen. |
