Lt. Randy ‘Duke’ Cunningham and his RIO, Lt. (jg.)
Willie ‘Irish’ Driscoll, aboard VF-96’s F-4 Phantom,
call-sign “Showtime 112”, make a 500 knot pass below
the level of the deck of the USS Constellation, following their
first air victory over North Vietnam, January 19, 1972, becoming
the US Navy’s only Aces of the war.
