as he turns to engage P-51s over the airfield of Ainring in an
attempt to protect the approaching Me262 jet fighters from an
attack by the Mustangs. The painting is signed on the reverse by Günther Rall, Willi Reschke, Alfred Ambs and Ernest Giefing. |
